Gurushi Policy

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By accepting an assignment or using Gurushi services, you agree to follow the guidelines below.

  1. Service Fee: The institution will charge 50% of the agreed total fee for the first month and 10% of the agreed fee for each subsequent month.
  2. Direct Dealings: Tutors must not negotiate fees or enter into direct payment arrangements with clients without informing the institution. Any violation may result in termination of association and legal action.
  3. Information Accuracy: Tutors are responsible for ensuring that all information and details provided to the institution are true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
  4. Tutor Commitment: Once a tutor and client mutually agree to proceed, the tutor must attend the scheduled classes. If the tutor fails to visit the client without informing the institution, the institution may discontinue the tutor's services and may recover the applicable first-month fee for the loss caused to the institution.
  5. Reputation & Misconduct: Any act that harms the reputation or interests of the institution or client, including fraud, misrepresentation, defamation, or other misconduct, may result in termination and appropriate legal action.
  6. Fee Collection: All payments from parents/clients must be made directly to the institution's designated account. Tutors must not collect fees directly from parents/clients.
  7. Acceptance: By accepting an assignment through the institution, the tutor agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
